Hooking Up: 4 Guys Reveal Whether “Her On Top” Is a DO or a DON’T For Them…

Now, not an expert on the sex positions to say if on top or bottom is better. But, it really depends on the person or persons in the position. Be open and talk to your partner what you do or don’t like, because if you don’t sex will be this issue and with no solution addressed. It’s funny because I have a friend who has always said she did not like a certain position with her man, but come to find out he was really, really bad at it. So after much replay she decided just to tell him “I don’t like —–” and that was the end of it. Even though she tried to show and explain how to make it better he still never got the hang of it!

Hooking Up: 4 Guys Reveal Whether “Her On Top” Is a DO or a DON’T For Them…

When confronted with the statement, “I don’t like it when she’s on top,” one female friend of mine has a handy response: “That’s what every guy I’ve dated has said before he had sex with me.” Whether my friend’s confidence is justified, the fact remains that guys’ have their preferences to who’s on top. Here’s what my friends had to say:

“I like to switch it up. Variety is the spice of life. It really depends on the kind of the kind of woman I’m with. Sometimes I want to see her take control; other times I want to be the one in charge.”
—Jacques, 28, graphic designer

“Yeah. Of course. I get to lie back, relax, and let her practice all her favorite dance moves.”
—Terrence, 25, bartender/guitarist

“It’s not my favorite, because it can be hard to get the same friction and you can end up frustrated, soft, or having to work really hard from a difficult angle. The advantage is she can touch herself, which, if she’s confident, often leads to orgasm for her and is lots of fun to watch for me.”
—Jonathan, 30, advertising exec

“Hate it. I can’t come when a girl is up there. Most of the women I’ve slept with have been fairly inexperienced, and it tends to be something they want to try out, not something they like to do. Usually we do it for a while and then we try more practical positions.”
—Michael, 20, student
